The classic red bird has been replaced with one that imitates Luke Skywalker, who can deliver a slash of his lightsaber just before impact. The fundamental difference here is that the game combines some of the new gameplay introduced in Angry Birds Space with all-new birds. That is, your objective is to launch birds to destroy all the baddies on the screen.
The main mechanics behind the game are the same as always. Angry Birds Star Wars is the umpteenth installment of the Angry Birds franchise, which on this occasion joins forces with one of the most popular sagas in cinematic history to create a game with a number of interesting new features.
